THE PROBLEM

Project work breaks down when the moving parts live in different places.

WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, email attachments, paper delivery notes and manual invoice checks make it hard to see what is actually happening.

The old way

  • Scattered messages and documents
  • Manual onboarding and chasing
  • Subcontractor quotes hidden in inboxes
  • Delivery items hard to trace
  • Invoices approved without context

The P·O·D way

  • Central operational dashboard
  • Structured project onboarding
  • Linked subcontractor workflows
  • Mapped items and delivery visibility
  • Quote and invoice approval trail

Fewer chase calls

Clients can check project progress, next appointments and delivery updates without needing to call the office for every small question.

Professional experience

Instead of scattered WhatsApp messages and manual updates, clients get a polished portal that makes the business feel more organised.

Controlled visibility

Your team decides what the client can see, keeping internal notes, subcontractor pricing and operational admin separate from client-facing updates.

Project history

Updates, appointments, documents and key milestones can be kept against the project, creating a clearer record from start to finish.

One connected project ecosystem

BusinessSubbieDriverClient

FAQ

Questions businesses usually ask before early access.

Does P·O·D replace my CRM?

Not necessarily. P·O·D is focused on operational project workflows: onboarding, subcontractors, deliveries, items, quotations and invoices. It can sit alongside a CRM or later integrate with one.

Is it mobile friendly?

Yes. Subcontractor and delivery driver workflows are being designed mobile-first because those users are most likely to work from site or on the road.

Can subcontractors use their own price lists?

Yes. Subcontractors can upload price lists, review suggested imported items and select saved items when creating quotes or invoices.

Does it support deliveries and routes?

Yes. Businesses can create delivery stops and drivers can open Google Maps route links rather than relying on a custom map build.

Is there a client portal?

Yes. Client visibility is part of the platform direction, helping businesses show progress, upcoming appointments, delivery information, updates and project history without constant chasing.

How does early access work?

Early access is controlled by activation code. Interested businesses submit the form, approved companies receive a code, then use it when creating their business account.

Is billing live yet?

Stripe billing is planned for launch, but early access is intentionally controlled manually while the product is tested and hardened.

EARLY ACCESS

Register interest in the early access programme.

Tell us about your business and the operational and client-facing workflows you want to improve. Approved companies will receive an activation code before onboarding.

Early access flow: Submit interest → receive code → install/open app → create business account → enter activation code.
